Do the bags have any exterior pockets for receipts or IDs?

Yes! Our XL Plus, 2XL, and 3XL models all include an exterior pocket. While the XL Plus and 2XL feature standard fabric pockets, the 3XL model comes with a clear, transparent vinyl pocket (7" x 7")

Is this insulated food delivery bag machine washable?

Machine washing is not recommended as it can damage the insulation layers. For the best longevity, simply wipe the smooth interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
