Excellent olive oil. Actually taste olives. Use for drinking to maintain health. Too expensive for other uses.

This is one of my favorite olive oils. A true, excellent extra virgin olive oil. It has a very fresh grassy taste, extremely smooth and a good peppery kick. I love it on my salads and avocado toast. the bottle dispenser is nice too so it does not drip.

Absolutely love this olive oil. Ran out- and as all good things, the speciality store that sold it now is gone. So of course I dove into the internet. And here it is! It is the same!! Quality is great! Shipping is great! Came undamaged in a lovely box. My husband who is a chef is very happy to be restocked.

Have you ever gone to a nice restaurant and thought: "Gee, I wish I had that olive oil they use for the bread dip, but I also don't want to pay 100+ in shipping." My friend, this EVOO is BETTER than most Italian EVOOs you will find there, AND it is cheaper. The flavor: -ALMOND/BUTTER! Up front, this full-bodied EVOO is very present and doesn't have that "milky" quality less powerful oils have. Very bold, butter, and strong mid-range flavor. -GRASS! A pleasant herbal/grass aftertaste that is nowhere near being overpowering. This only compliments the main profile of butter and nuttiness. -HEAT! A very pleasant spice on the back of your throat as the olive oil is finished. Ideal for: -Meats -Bread Dip - Ice Cream -A majority of Italian sauces

I read information that stated this is the real deal and a lot of brands are not. I do not know; it tastes fine, that is all I know. Quality packaging. Bottle is very tall at 13 inches, so it sits on counter.

This is very good oil. The color, aroma is excellent.

Grand amateur d'huiles d'olives et déçu par ma dernière huile d'olive (italienne bio mais pas terrible), je me suis fait un petit plaisir en tentant celle-ci sur Amazon. Et une autre aussi, toujours espagnole, qui arrive demain, vivement la prochaine dégustation. Commençons donc par celle-ci. 👉 À table ! ✔ Une petite assiette blanche de porcelaine (de Limoges !) ✔ quelques copeaux de parmesan ✔ deux petites tranchounettes de baguette (d'hier la baguette, mais je ne pouvais plus attendre). 👍 Déjà l'odeur pour commencer : un verger d'oliviers ! Ça sent l'olive verte à plein nez ... hummm, ça commence bien. C’est fruité, vert, frais, en un mot : MIAM ! 👍 Dégustation : j'ai pas les mots pour ça !!! C'est vert ! C'est frais ! C'est rond en bouche, le goût des olives explose en bouche, toujours cette fraîcheur verte ... sublime ! 👍 Puis quelques notes épicées en finale, des sensations de garrigue, thym, sarriette, romarin, il y a des notes comme ça aussi, on une très subtile amertume en fond de bouche, juste ce qu'il faut, c'est pas fort, ça ne pique pas et cette très légère pointe d'amertume est immédiatement adoucie par la bouchée suivante ... c'est vraiment une merveille. C'est quand la date de péremption ? Décembre 2020, on est large ... s'il nous en reste dans une semaine ce sera bien. Ma conclusion est toute trouvée : je vous quitte et je recommence une petite dégustation de contrôle, juste pour être sûr, si si, … deux précautions valent mieux qu’une 👀. Si vous êtes comme moi, amatrice ou amateur de bonnes choses … faites-vous plaisir, essayez-la, elle est parfaite ! ❤ Je vous la recommande sans aucune hésitation. Habe lange nach so einem hervorragenden Öl gesucht. Das ist jetzt aus unserer Küche nicht mehr weg zu denken. Ich nehme sogar jeden Morgen einen Löffel pur. Schmeckt fantastisch nach Oliven. Im Mund zunächst einwenig scharf, aber im Abgang intensiv mild.

Truly great oil !! LARGE QUANTITY OF DILUTE Turkish black coffee whereby you PRETTY MUCH SORT OF drink the grounds for BOTH more water and fibre can help (or even metal filter vs paper, two metal filters is good and nearly no difference in less amounts of trace fibre whereas paper filters in coffee do). Concerns around agony in olive garden and gallbladder though. I recommend lots of water, and drinking Turkish black coffee whereby you drink the grounds (LARGE QUANTITY OF DILUTE Turkish coffee for BOTH more water and fibre) or even maybe black filter coffee vs paper will do (paper filter coffee is nice but seems to lack a lot of fibre which might be needed to help the gallbladder zones). Also use less and just pour some on margarita pizza you make at the end.
