Good value and fit great!
Was dubious about the cost difference between original Toyota and these (insane difference) After watching several installation videos i felt comfortable swapping them out. They installed very easily. Remember to support the liftgate - you don't want it slamming down and crashing! The liftgate operates perfectly now! Car is Toyota Rav4 Limited 2017.

Works perfect
Replaced factory defective lifts. Hatch lifts like it should at a fraction of the cost toyota wanted for them Install is easy if your mechanically inclined. If not I suggest taking to someone who is.

Best purchase ever!
My RAV4 with 190000 miles was having trouble opening the hatch. It would work sometimes but not always. These solved my problem and are working great! They seem a bit faster than the originals and even quieter. Install was easy after watching a YouTube. Very pleased!

Cheap or or maybe
The left strut lasted less than a year, the strut came off the hinge and jammed the door closed. I put it back on the hinge and a week later the same thing happened again. Damaged my tailgate a little bit. Afraid for the right side to do the same. Clearly I am out of the return window.
