Fall asleep fast!
These honestly work so well. I take two a half hour before bed and I easily fall to sleep. I don’t get a melatonin hangover with these. I also thing they taste great. Only downside bottle is small and they’re a bit pricey but worth it to me.

No more junk sleep for me!!!
I have been a horrible sleeper for as long as I can remember. I also have restless leg syndrome so I kick and toss and turn constantly. For years my sleep pattern has been take at least an hour to fall asleep, sleep two hours, wide awake for 3 -4 hours, fall asleep for a couple more hours, alarm goes off and I am exhausted. Junk sleep! I tried lots of different sleep aids and nothing worked. Until this product. I take it 1/2 hour before bedtime and I actually sleep! I don't know how or why, but it has calmed my RLS too. Now I wake up only one time (bathroom break), but fall right back to sleep. The first night it worked I was so happy I could have cried happy tears! This has been an absolute game changer for me!

Works for me most of the time
I find this is the only sleep product that doesn't cause leg jerks. I'm not sure why the other sleep aides do but it happens. I like these because they dissolve on my tongue and while they don't knock me out they relax enough to finally fall asleep.

Great sleeping aid when needed without drowsiness in the mornings
I purchased this item through Amazon because my store stopped selling this particular product. When I'm having difficulty with sleeping due to work stresses, this product helps to stop the ruminating of the day which helps to improve the quality of my sleep. The quick dissolving tablets taste and smell great. Within an hour of taking the tablet, I'm ready for bed. I wake up refreshed without any drowsiness like I have experienced with other products.

I love the taste of these. They taste like a sweet tart and smell like a grape candy.They are very effective in helping me sleep.3 mgs of melatonin plus the extra herbs to help me relax are a bargain and I wake up refreshed. It doesn’t linger in your system with and has no side effects of grogginess.I can even give these to my grand children if they have trouble sleeping.
