Worst product and worst seller. I ordered 2 sets, at the first delivery i just received one in the box. Raised a complaint and got a replacement but I again received one and the original package was taken. After so many follow ups with customer care i got a refund for qty 1. But the one i had was not working so had to return. Not a trust worthy seller

Can’t decorate without the lights. Not received full delivery of the order
The product was good, which is why I ordered a second one. Disappointment was when I have only received the adapter and not the lights and the remote. Second time it makes no use. I would request the supplier / seller to ensure that I have the full product delivered. All in all the product is good.

Flexible and easy to install
It's really beautiful, many colours are available and there are many modes of brightness It is flexible and easy to install.

Im stuck with only pink red and blue no other colors so it stops working after some time
Worked well at the beginning but then a month later the green color didn't show up so basically bad color quality :/ doesn't really heat up size is fair enough easy to install anad I'd say it's value for money is good js to say if the green doesn't work you can't really get yellow,dark blue,dark green,white and many other colors so basically I'm stuck with only the colors red,blue and pink only three :/

Remote not working, how to change colour and effect, there is no return option, very poor quality, please buy this before reading reviews. Misleading product

Connectivity is good and looks are decent.
Well , I liked this product because it is Easy to install , wire quality is nice. Brightness is wonderful for me like if u need lights suggesting this.
