What I was expecting
We have been using these types of mineral sticks in our hot tub for years. I cannot say that they do anything, but it is what the salesman suggested and so we keep using them. These are simple and easy to install, they fit my hot tub, there is no odor and seem to be a good value for the money. I would definitely purchase again.

So much better than chlorine!
These mineral sticks used in conjunction with a non-chlorine oxidizer are awesome. Hot tub is clear, no chemical odor, no skin irritation from chlorine.
