How many pounds can these anchors hold?

Hi! Thanks for the question. Size 3/16" would hold up to 25lb on drywall and up to 50 on solid concrete.

Does Fischer make a 3/16 x 1 1/2 anchor? If not, could I drill the hole a half inch longer, the screw is 1 1/2 inch, would it still hold in concrete?

I think yes. I bought for 3/16 bit thinking it was for 5/16 bit. Sent back. Used another product I had for 5/16 bit. Had longer screws like you so I drilled hole deeper to accommodate longer screws. It worked great, I think it made it a stronger hold.

Does this 100 pack product include screws?

No the 100 piece boxes do not come with screws. We sell 50 piece boxes on Amazon which contains screws.
