I’ve been taking these for years and definitely think they have helped my bone strength. As a female vegetarian in my early forties I was conscious of osteoporosis and other potential issues that could begin to affect me, so started taking these. I’m now late forties and am still very happy with them. I had a tooth removed and an implant inserted almost two years ago. My consultant was a worried at the time because of my age, being female, and vegetarian, but my bone strength and regrowth after extraction was fine for the implant, and I believe these tablets really helped. They’re quite large but I find them easy to swallow with water/food. They’re also relatively flavourless, and great value!

Taste awful, like wet grass smell but in taste form and they arent easy to swollow either. However, I've seen improvement in my joints since taking it so I suppose its working. Just wish it came in a years supply as it is rather expensive for just a months worth

Brilliant product. I'm so glad to find a multivitamin that has so many vitamins in one. My husband gave up meat during lock down and I'm a vegan, these multivitamins definitely help keep our energy levels up. The only negative is that there is a bit of an iron after taste.

I really had high hopes for these multivitamins due to them being vegan, but unfortunately they don't agree with me. The day after my first dosage, 3 spots developed (2 on my chin and one above my lip), and not the poppable ones, it's those cystic ones that stick around for a while. So I stopped taking them after day 3 and forgot about them for a few weeks. I just took them again yesterday, and the same cystic spots appeared again unfortunately. I read somewhere that B6 & B12 has the ability to do that to some people, and unfortunately, I'm one of them. Oh well!

Switched from vegetarian to vegan and started paying more attention to my diet and supplements. I feel so much better since I've been taking these and taken other measures. I would however advise an extra dose of B12 as your body will only take up 3mcg and you need 6mcg a day, or eating two fortified products. But this product is really great and it makes me feel secure that I won't build up any efficiencies if I eat fast food for a couple of days.

Great all in vitamin suitable for vegans. Everything you could want & need in a vitamin supplement. I also buy the Vegan Omega Oils and Vegan Vit D3 from the same people ♥

Beware ingredients show Cochineal extract, so this product is DEFINITELY NOT VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN!

Easy to take,as they have a coating on them unlike a kit of vegan vits

Il prodotto è molto buono, ma le compresse, a mio modestissimo avviso, non sono facili per tutti da deglutire. Sarebbe preferibile vendere il prodotto in bustine o, tutt'alpiù, in capsule.

Doesn't work quite as well as non-vegan arthritis supplements but does have some effect
