4 stars because it should've been packaged better. It came in a bag in its original pacakaging. The box came ripped on the bottom and side corner and a bit smooshed. Luckily the individual packets don't seem smooshed or crumbly feeling when feeling them on the outside. I love the product itself but would be a bit weary to re-order off Amazon due to the packaging alone!
