C300 Xtreme gas cartridge, valve cartridge with screw valve, suitable for camping stoves, camping grills or lamps, 230g powerful butane/propane mixture, use up to -27°C

It's useful as a very cold weather back up. I ended up in trouble with the normal camping gas when the temperature went below -5 to -10...the normal gas simply stopped lighting on my Primus Omni Fuel, so I couldn't make a hot drink or cook. Anyhow, the C300 Xtreme works down to -27 so that's a great back up for sure. It's very expensive for some reason but it does give piece of mind. There are usb heated gas canister covers but I've yet to find any in stock to purchase.

I have not used it yet but it came before the date I have all ways used Coleman gas I will use this company again

First time user of this type of cartridge which I assumed would reseal itself once removed from appliance but unfortunately I does not 100% reseal. Now trying to identify the thread for a cap to seal it.

Received the item and there was no cover or tab on top of the valve which is present when you buy new from a shop. Rust is starting to form around the valve which again looks like the item is not new.
