This is a fantastic alternative to a roof box - you can pack so much more in there, it’s easy to attach to the car, and really impressively durable. We used this for a trip from the south of England to the Highlands, and it survived almost 600 miles of motorway driving in all weathers - including heavy rain and wind. The straps didn’t make any noise when driving, and the bag remained secure and safely in place throughout the trip. The material is thick and waterproof, and folds down into a relatively small storage bag (much smaller than a roof box!) when not in use. I used to use a roof box but I thought I'd go for a roof bag for a change. Due to it being a bag, the more awkward items like a travel cot and matress and a pushchair can easily be put in, which I struggled with when using the roof box. The zips are good, however when it gets to the corner it struggles to get round, and it sort of looks like the zip will brake eventually. The straps are good, a bit fiddly and I'm not sure I would trust strapping it to the roof of the car (although I am overly cautious and use a rachet strap aswell) Its a bit awkward to use with roof bars as naturally it wants to rest on the roof. Its also a bit fiddly to get stuff in and out, with the roof box you can just open it and get what you need out, however with this you have to tighten up straps etc. Looks like it has good waterproofing, I've used it once and it slightly rained and everything was dry

Easy to use and install once you work your door seals off a little. Very sturdy and surprisingly roomy. We could see out of the rear window for the first time in many camping trips. One of our better camping gear buys.

This is a fantastic piece of kit, I was sceptical about its durability and ease of use, having always used a roof box. This roof bag was arguably better than the roof box, the size for storing things is enormous, and with the way it opens was easy to fill. The noise and drag experienced with a roof box is significantly reduced with the bag, and the double layer cover over the zip works well to seal it all shut. The lock that it came with was rubbish, but another was easily placed to keep the contents secure. Overall I am converted, significantly smaller to store when not in use, and great value for money. I am yet to try it in wet or inclement weather so cannot comment on waterproof properties however for the week we used it for, I would definitely recommend this as a great alternative to the traditional roof bars and box.

What an amazing bag! Very strong material, easy to install and spacious. Driving over 70mph on a motorway without any issue. Highly recommended 👌🏻

3 stars because it is a good quality and can do the job however, we didn’t realise that the weather strip on our car doors does NOT come off which meant since we have no roof racks we had no way to attach the bag despite it saying it could be attached to cars with no kind of roof rack or rail. I’m sure it would do the job fantasticly but just double check your weather stripping is removable before buying if you have no roof rack as it was a let down and panic a few days before travelling to a festival!

This brilliant product is easy to secure and even with four hours of driving in pouring rain everything inside stayed dry. The loads of space and strong straps make it highly recommended. Carried 4 small (hand luggage size) cabin bags And still had plenty of room left

I used this cargo carrier during a camping trip. My car has no trunk space and no roof rack, and I did not have the budget for a hard case carrier. This carrier is heavy duty without being overly bulky and heavy. It was easy to set up, held all of our stuff and kept it safe from rain. I would recommend this product!

Worked perfectly, easy to setup, easy fit 4 chceked bag and other stuff, great if you moving to another city

This held up very well for our 5000km road trip out west. The first 5 hours of our trip it withheld through a huge rain storm. We fit all of our camping stuff in it with still so much room for more. The straps are a bit longer so make sure you tie them up so they don’t flap around. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that from tightening the straps it did leave some marks on my car. Other than that it was very useful and I 100% recommend if you don’t have enough room in your car like me. Maybe put some type of cloth so there is a barrier between the strap and your car.

This was the BEST find of the summer. We have a minivan, it worked perfect for it. Holds so much, durable. Would absolutely recommend this.

Je suis une femme et j’ai réussi à tout faire seule. Après, c’est très simple à utiliser.
