I recently purchased this automatic soap dispenser and it has completely upgraded my hand-washing experience. I'm giving it a full 5 stars because it excels in every area. First off, the touchless operation is fantastic. It's incredibly responsive, dispensing the perfect amount of soap the moment you place your hand under the sensor. This is not only super convenient when your hands are messy from cooking, but it's also far more hygienic than a traditional pump dispenser. No more touching a pump that everyone else has touched! The design is modern and sleek, and it looks great on my kitchen counter. It doesn't take up much space and blends in perfectly with my other appliances. Refilling it is a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised by how long the batteries last. I've been using it for over a month now with no signs of them running out. It's a small change, but it makes a huge difference in daily convenience and cleanliness. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to make their home a little more modern and hygienic. The dispenser is a practical mix of piano black and decent looking stainless. Sensitivity is good and the power button has a good tactile feel to it. Soap dispenses in an adequate amount. The dispenser seems well constructed but is difficult to fill since the fill hole is tiny and creates a vacuum preventing soap from flowing into the dispenser. Dispenser size is small. The most important thing is that it is not prone to false positive dispensing when bombarded with IR from other things in the bathroom. From testing it is using an 840nm IR sensor but the field of view is narrow and short. This means that owners of a Toto bidet with a remote control will not set off this dispenser unless their bathroom is extremely reflective. That's right, you can have hands-free soap and a Washlet in the same bathroom without having to tear apart cheap electronics and solder in a 940nm sensor.

I waited to review this product because I wanted to see how long the charge holds. I purchased two of these on Feb. 4, 2024, one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom.The one in the bathroom finally started to die on Jan. 6, 2025. I was noticing that the soap was dispensing a bit slower and the flashing blue light being slower too which by the way, the blue light flashing is annoying to me and is the ONLY reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star review. I’m a bit weird with things like a consistent flash or blinkers in a car for a long period of time so that’s my small hang up about the dispenser haha! Charging it when you see the red light can take about 2 hours as it states in the direction but I just charged it while I was sleep since I wouldn’t be using the bathroom in the middle of the night that night. It’s great for use when cooking and not having to touch the dispenser with all the food bits on your hands. You can choose how much soap you want to dispense. I use it on level 1 (there are 3 levels). It’s not difficult to set the amount you want to dispense and the directions are easy to follow. The only thing I was confused about was the self-cleaning part so I think I’ve been doing it wrong by adding water to clean it haha! Overall, I do recommend this and bought one for my friend as a gift for his bday and he loves it. Don’t hesitate to purchase this. Buy yours today!

I've had great luck with this brand as far as garbage cans that open automatically, I've had two of them in my two homes and they've lasted, literally they still look brand new. I knew when it was time for a new soap dispenser this would be my brand. So far I've been extremely happy. It is easy to use. It also looks really nice on my counter.

Hi I just bought it and it work Fine, I strrog recommend it, just I notice a cosmetic issue as soon I removed the instructions sticker on top of the cup left a spot that can't be removed. See attached photo.
