I was one of the unlucky customers who received a defective piece of, yet chose to retain.The box arrived with minor scratches in paint and dent but that was not the main problem. The disc brakes both front and back were bent and the wheel was getting stuck when rising. Despite many complaints and follow ups with their customer care (Akshat) it couldn’t be resolved. And funnily Akshat asked me to to cycle repair shop ! When enquired about replacement, the seller simply said not currently available and have to wait for 2 weeks at least whereas my replacement window was getting over before that. So I chose to retain.Ride quality is good, seating is hard though.Overall good quality cycle spoiled by poor quality checks and customer care.

Overall good e cycle with Emotorad branding and costume services are excellent. But if someone is paying 25k he must be give with Full accessories but brand is providing nothing it means overall this cycle cost is about 30k not 25k so x1 is a big scam better to buy x2 or x3 both x1 and x2 are coming with good accessories and also with gears so don't buy x1 it's a big scam dp investment of 5-6k and you will get thousands time better than x1
