I absolutely love the umami and creaminess of this milk! It froths really well. I use it in matcha lattés and London Fogs (Earl Grey with milk!) Great product and good value. I don’t think it’s very enjoyable as a beverage on its own, it’s best in lattés! Would probably be a great base for chia seed pudding… going to try this next!
