I'd definitely go with the adult M/L. Material is stretchy but if you still have growing to do then go with the adult size.

I'm 185cm height and 70Kg , Large is just fit but a little bit bigger. If u are slim than better choose Medium other wise Large will be a little bit oversize. My opinion just for reference only ☺️
