Looks with the pastel shades stand out & are super. Castors are good. The exterior I think has a thin layer of polythene, that wears off & looks like scratches from close, but I am not sure if you can qualify that as a defect.

It looks great, just like the pictures
I think it's light considering its size, which is good. It came in nicely packed and the product is in pristine conditions. I'll still use it in a international flight in the upcoming weeks, so I'll be able to do a full review on this one once I check if it survives a trip around the world. But at first sight. It seems to be a great value for money. Plus, in case you have any issues, they offer support via WhatsApp, which is great and builds a closer relationship with the customer. I'd recommend it.

Delicate body just looks good
Just 5 trips it took to have Crack. Material is very delicate and is not sturdy.
