Just what i needed Nice to see larger women being active. Have only given 4 stars as not much written info I didnt have weights to hand, which you need to do the dvd effectively The other issue is that it comes from the ststes and takes ages to come. But I'm now glad i did.

This workout is so great. Short, sweet and effective! Someone finally did a workout for people on every level. Aside from the instructor, there is a woman to follow for beginners, then there is a woman to follow for intermediate and a woman to follow for advanced. I can stay focused on the intermediate woman yet still make modifications as directed by the instructor or the beginner woman. It makes starting a regular exercise regimen doable and not so intimidating. And I can look at the advanced woman and know what I want my goal to be. I also love how they alternate between cardio and weights as building muscle helps burn fat. All-in-one workout that takes just 30 minutes. I just LOVE this workout. I hope this is the first feasible step in getting myself healthy again. Thank you to all who made this possible.

Older, younger, new to exercise, severely overweight, other issues that makes exercising difficult, this DVD is for you. Lots of different modifications offered, included seated, and she varies between weights and cardio. You choose how heavy, if any, you want the weights. It might seem a little difficult to follow at first, but that's true of any first time out exercise routine. if you can't do the "choreography", just keep moving. I liked it, but found her cardio a little light for me, and I'm obese and 71, so its nothing to be scared of.

The exercises don't dwell on one particular area of the body for long periods of time, making it less stressful on the hip joints, knees and shoulders. It moves fast from one exercise type to another. Very good indoors.
