A must-have for pregnancy and postpartum I feel the difference!
Iโve been taking Omega-3 supplements throughout my breastfeeding journey, and I truly feel the benefits every day. As a new mum, Iโm often tired and pulled in all directions, but since I started taking these, Iโve noticed better focus, more stable mood, and less brain fog. What I also love is knowing Iโm supporting my babyโs brain and eye development through my breastmilk โ it gives me peace of mind. I only wish I had started even earlier during pregnancy!

An expensive but quality product from Wild Nutrition.
I have used supplements from this company before and I have always found them to be high quality and true to their word of natural and ethically sourced products. This omega-3 supplement is no different being sourced from wild Alaskan pollock through the MSC which aims to ensure seafood is caught sustainably and not over fished which will help protect our oceans and fishing industry. This supplement provides the correct amount of fatty acid for supporting the mother and babiesโ health and development during pregnancy. The tablets were easy to swallow and did not leave any unpleasant aftertaste. The recommended dosage is to take 2 tablets a day which would mean that this bottle will last for 30 days. I personally feel this is a little expensive for a month's supply, especially as this only contains omega-3 fatty acids without any of the other vitamins and minerals that are needed during pregnancy.

FANTASTIC!
I've been hunting for small capsules for ages as I am terrible with swollowing tablets. These ones are MUCH smaller then most capsules. They are around 1.3cm so much easier to manage. No odd taste and packaging is lovelyNegativesExpensivePositives5/5 for smaller sizeNo tasteNice packagingP.s. dont mind my dry hands!! :-)

Not enough iron
These are seriously lacking in iron, it made my wife exhausted every single day she was on them.

Wild nutrition pregnancy capsules
Wild nutrition are a good brand, often recommended as their ingredients are all natural, which does inflate the price slightly but if you do your reading *generally speaking* the natural versions of the ingredients perform better than the lab produced stuff when it comes to this kind of supplement. Saying that.. this particular supplement seems to just be fish oil, so it's quite pricey considering it's just a fish oil supplement and in this case, it might be you are paying for the brand a bit (though I am no scientist!) Worth mentioning though, that this particular stuff is apparently cold extracted, which should in theory leave the nutritional value of the ingredients in a better state which might account for the slight mark up?These obviously aren't suitable for veggies or vegans, being fish oil. The after taste isn't usually too intense but you might get the odd fishy repeat!60 capsules is a months supply, so as mentioned already they aren't that cheap. But aside from being a bit dear, they are a good quality product.
