Why has a pan come loose in the tin?

Coliro pans are removable by design, so they can be rearranged or swapped between Coliro sets. If a whole pan comes loose from the tin, gently press it back into its position.

Are the five golds actually different?

Yes. Tibet Gold, Inca Gold, Arabic Gold, Gold Pearl and Moon Gold each have their own tone and character, while Sterling Silver adds a bright cool metallic contrast.

Can I use Coliro Pearlcolors on black paper?

Yes. Pearlcolors can create striking results on both light and dark paper. Some shades change noticeably depending on the paper beneath them.

What happens if I use more or less water?

More water produces a lighter, more transparent result. Less water gives a richer, more concentrated colour. Start with a few drops, allow the Pearlcolor to soften, then adjust the consistency for your technique.

How should I store Coliro Pearlcolors?

Allow the colours to dry thoroughly after use and store them dry. When stored correctly, Coliro Pearlcolors have an almost unlimited shelf life.
