The only downside to this is the unavoidable constipation caused by any amount of iron. Hopefully your motility can handle it better than mine. Either way though, the positive effects of this make it clearly worth it, in my case at least.

If you have a low iron deficiency, you should buy this, because it really helps me boost up my iron deficiency, and that helps me feel stronger

My iron is normal but my ferritin is on the low side around 11. My doctor said I should get it to 70 to address hair loss. I’ve tried LowFe because it’s a funny pill. It was ok but caused digestive issues which lead to me discontinuing them. They barely raises my ferritin and side effects became problematic, plus I hated having to take vitamin C separately. It’s hard to find well tolerated and effective iron that isn’t a huge pill and I am not great with pills. The biggest thing I swallow is Aleve. If I take Tylenol I break it in half. I decided to buy the Blood Builder Minis and they’ve perfect. You can see in the ovaries it’s very close to Aleve size, and smaller than Tylenol. I can swallow them no problem. They have not caused any digestive issues. I’ve been taking them a few months now. I haven’t had follow up bloodwork yet to see how well they are working so that part I’ll have to come back and update later.

within 5 days i noticed a difference. i know longer woke up as tired a.s when i went to bed. And no side effects, just all good. ( I am 77 yrs old and dont feel as worn out and exhausted as I was. Great stuff I will continue to use.

I have been taking it for a month now, and my iron level didn't increase even a bit.

It tastes awful, I can’t have it. Wish I could return it 😖
