Great price! Its a great quick and tasty on the go for kids of all ages. It fills them up in the afternoon before dinner time. My older son loves these. He adds a hot sauce, to spice it up a little.

I love these are in paper cups now. Super simple to prepare - either in the microwave or with hot, hot water from a kettle. The beef flavor isn’t super salty tasting but it’s still beefy! I like it as is but it’s easily able to be dressed up to make it spicy. The noodles are nice, not soggy. And it’s filling. Is it “better” than a lightly dressed fresh salad with a lean protein? Health-wise…no? But I’d choose this many days because it’s easier to prepare and it’s warm & filling. Also, this is a really good price, tbh. I’m ages from college now but a very affordable, shelf-stable option for food right now is a relief. If eating isn’t usually top of mind until hunger hits you like a truck, this is a quick fix. Especially if meal decision fatigue is something you’re dealing with regularly. Sodium helps make it delicious but read the label if its consumption is a health concern for you. Be sure to drink plenty of water (also can be difficult, I know), and move your body, blah blah.

I love that it is packaged correctly, boxed to protect each cup. The flavor is ok the plastic cup is ok. Very affordable and convenient.

These are your typical cup of soups that the kids go crazy for! They really enjoyed the beef flavor and the broth was perfect! They weren’t spicy. My kids love them for snacks and find them filling enough to hold them over until dinner. I don’t know the protein because I didn’t buy them for that.

I like these way better than, (no names), the noodles and flavor packs in the....well anyway, I love these NISSIN CUP NOODLES. Not spicy, the flavor is like an old fashioned,(a great thing), homemade soup;it comforts the soul when you eat it. To me, there's no spiciness to it. You can tell some of the ingredients in the soup are,(at least they seem to be to me), freeze dried, maybe not but some ingredients...mainly the corn stays a bit like that freeze dried texture,(hard but not),but all the ingredients are very yummy. The quality is amazing. The way the soup in its cup heats up in under 2 minutes is awesome, and it gets pretty good and hot in under 2 minutes. This is my favorite soup by far that is ready in no time at all and doesn't come out of a can.
