Great and yogurt starter
Helps feed the bacteria in homemade yogurt process. I always have a great outcome with my yogurt making. Digestion is good and it makes it perfect. There are no clumps when mixing in my starter. It’s a great quality product with many health benefits.

Works great for homemade yogurt
I use this product in order to make the Dr. Davis recommended yogurts. It works great, and almost all of the time I get perfect, creamy yogurt by combining this with my probiotic starter and half and half, and fermenting.

Bag stinks Inulin is great
Blends very easily, this is an extremely fine powder. Mostly tasteless, but maybe a slight sweet flavor, which I like. I tried another brank of Inulin on Amazon that did not come from the agave plan and the taste was a negative for me. The bag zips and unzips well, but is so narrow it is difficult to get the scoop out without getting the powder on you. It is so fine and so sensitive to moisture that it sticks to my hands. I use an extra long tablespoon rather than the scoop. The zip opening is so tight you need to be careful how you pull the scoop out or it will spill. To me the blending and taste is worth wiping up and washing my hands after I use it.
