Like so many supplements, it is difficult to figure out if they are actually doing anything. Are all these Omega 3 pills stopping me from having a heart attack or am I just not going to have a heart attack even without the Omega 3?So there is a lot of research about both NAD+ and Resveratrol being excellent anti-aging supplements, and of course this product has both. I took it for about a month and felt fine but couldn't swear that it made a difference. Maybe I had more energy but the weather is also nicer and the days are longer so who knows?But then I ran out and did not replace the NAD. I didn't think much of it until I didn't feel as energized. Not really tired, but just a little off like I was about to catch a cold. When the feeling didn't go away (even with extra coffee) I decided to try another bottle of the NAD, and wouldn't you know it a few days later my energy was back!So I guess I have to say it does seem to work. My only small issue is the size of the capsule. As you can see from the photo it is nearly as large as my Omega 3 "horse pill". It isn't really an issue but it would be nice if it were a bit smaller (but then I guess you'd have to take two of them anyway).Give it a try and see what you think!

I am 38 and I’m pretty healthy. I work out 5 times a week. Work full time and get good sleep too. I’d say I eat pretty good in my opinion. Morning shakes so I manage my weight and muscle pretty well. Honestly I haven’t really felt like myself for a while now. Today is my day off and I was in a slump even after an hour long workout. I’ve read a decent amount about NAD and I kept seeing it pop up on my social media. So not gonna lie I was eager to try it. Maybe 30 minutes after taking it I was doing my laundry and it hit me. The only way I can describe it. It was like my personality was dormant and now my personality is awake? I take genius mushrooms so I know the difference between something helping me focus… but I feel really great on this. Now it is only day one. But I feel like I took a shot of youthful energy. I am very sensitive to most supplements so I can usually tell if it’s a placebo or if it has no affect on me. I will update my experience a week from today.

I definitely see a bit more energy t/o my day when taking. It trumps my need for a 2nd cup of coffee on most days. I was using a pricier brand but discovered these. I get more for the money and it just seems to work as good, if not a little better. Also..I find I recover a little better from heavy strength workouts.

(Note: I do weight training 2 hours a day, 4 days a week, fast intravenously, am in a calorie deficit and do not drink)The first week isn't much to notice, a capsule a day as instructed. Then slowly over the next week, I notice the stiffness my back and shoulders is nearly gone, so it's cellular regeneration properties are great for muscle fibers, my sets last longer cause my muscles feel better and I have alot of energy. So much so, I been taking it in the morning, almost replaces my cup of coffee.Only if you are into the health and fitness game, this product is like to weird results. After over 1 month of taking this product, I have concluded that it does in fact, objectively work. While I do not discount the possibility of a placebo effect or it working because I want it to work, there was a few days I went without while I was traveling and the affect was noticeable. In addition to an increase in energy, It has also helped with appetite suppression and mood. I have read summaries on various studies on NAD and Trans-Resveratrol and I have every reason to believe that these are excellent supplements at a decent price.

Doesn't look like it was stored correctly or if the silicon dehumidifying sachet is of good quality. Pills all stuck to each other like a block!

Too expensive and ineffective. Totally useless and a complete waste of money.

Capsules appear to have melted or been wet and have become a big hard block.
