These are great so easy to set up

After a major leak in the attic that made the ceiling in the bathroom to soak and fall down while we've been in the holiday - I've decided to add these leak detectors to my home setup. So happy I found this product. Turned out so good that I've added also x-sense smoke detectors to my setup - all conveniently managed through the same app. Key points: Good stuff: - Just place the in the right spot You got some flexibility as you got sensors both on top - for drips/leaks from the top, and you have sensors on the bottom - for spills/puddles or floods on the floor. - They work. I've tested them myself and they react almost immediately. - Super convenient. Clear pop-up notifications on your phone. You will know if something happens even if you are not home, at work or holidays. This was you can ask some friend or neighbours to double check and silence from the app too, if needed. - Simple but functional. You can select both the alarm volume and one of 3 alarm tones. Also, you can set the location for each of the alarms. It can be actually super helpful as sometimes trough the noise it might be hard to identify initially which alarm went off and would be impossible at all if you're not at home. - Good connectivity. We have 3 floors and all alarms show full connectivity bars throughout the house. - Good design. They are slim so that you can slide them under many places and appliances, like washing machines, fridges, etc. - IP 66 waterproof. Which means they won't break because of a leak/flood. Would be funny if they did :D - Good battery life. I have them for 2+ years now and the batteries still show full in the app. That's solid. This are definitely types or devices that you want to "set and forget" and not be changing batteries every few months. Overall I am very happy with this system, in my opinion it provides great value for your money as well as convenience, confidence and control. Stay well and safe friends! Cheers!

Had some initial difficulty connecting to WiFi, however this resolved. Installed the sensors and happy with the installation. Not sure how well they will work detecting a link should one occur. Hope I don't find out as water leaks can cause problems, especially the hidden ones.

This kit works very well. It is quite complicated to set up but once started is quite quick . Overall , we are pleased with the kit.

Haven’t heard the alarm yet (thankfully) but these were very easy to set up and install in my phone. Happy with the price too!

I think the cost of the product vs the cost of water damage it just simply a no brainer, this product is EXCELLENT! good solid build quality and tested every sensor which worked first time.. I extended the count of sensors to hub by 4 - however would be cool to know the max limit of sensors to a hub.... The only down side is that I read the sensors have a life span of 5 years after which need to be replaced however for £13 each (current price) its still cheap in comaprison to being unaware your home is being damaged by water which can be waaay more expensive than spending a bit of hard earned money on these, alerted by these devices and turning off your water...then get it fixed... Absloutley amazing! And idea for future R&D would be to design a stop cock electric valve that can shut off your main water supply in the event a water leak is triggered (with optional configuration surrounding how you want the electionc valce to behave...and leave those options to the user) Just abig thank you to the person(s) that developed such a good product for the cost

Awesome product for water leak detection and prompt notification to your mobile phone, provided WiFi is working at the location of installation.

There seems to be a limit on the device. Im getting a message when I try and add the base station. It gives me a message "Your device does not comply with the regulations of wireless communications in your country. Please use a device that complies, or contact our support team for further information." Can anyone tell me how to get around this issue?

Die Dinger sind super simpel installiert. Habe 3 + Basisstation. Ich hatte vorher schon einen Rauchmelder vom gleichen Hersteller und daher die App schon installiert. Die Anleitung, die in Papierform dabeiliegt ist spitze! Überall QR-Codes zum scannen, man findet aber auch alles ganz einfach ohne die Codes. Echt gut gemacht. Beim Test schlagen die Melder auch sofort an. Einen habe ich in nem Pumpenschacht um zu merken, wenn die Pumpe nicht läuft, die anderen in der Küche und bei den Wschmaschinen. Sicherheitsgefühl ist top und so simpel wie sie laufen, würde ich sie immer wieder wählen.

Fonctionne très bien

Fin Avril 2024, dormant au 1er étage, notre rez-de-chaussée à été inondé. Surprise au réveil à 6h. 1cm d'eau sur 60m2. Avertis plus tôt nous aurions pu sauver le tapis en laine. J'ai donc acheté ce produit dont j'avais déjà le détecteur de CO2. Testé dans l'évier, il fonctionne très bien dés que l'eau touche les plots sous la base du détecteur. Alarme stridente comme le détecteur de CO2 mais réglable. S'entend parfaitement du 1er étage. Il y a 3 détecteurs et une base, cette base doit être branché sur secteur. L'application est très simple et le tout facile à installer. Mais je me passerai de le tester en réel surtout si on est en vacances ou voyage et que vous avez l'avertissement par l'application. Angoisse. Très bon produit !
