I purchased this product to help me manage Lichen Sclerosus and frankly had zero expectations that it would work. I have spent hundreds on all sorts of creams and washes. This product was remarkably effective, reducing itching and pain in just a couple of days, with twice daily usage. It allowed me to stop using steroids. Unlike other products it did not give me excessive burning or outbreaks of other types. I would not say it "cured" the problem, only that it made it much less of a constant pain in the nether regions. It also was quite good at improving the odor issues in a way that other washes had failed to do. I was especially happy with the fragrance free aspect of this product.
