Versatile, Flexible Headaches, Earaches
Fantastic little shower cap shaped water bottles. Used for headaches, migraines, ear aches. So soothing and fits around the shape of your head for when you are ill. Does what a hot water bottle cannot. Hot to the touch water is all that is needed - do not put boiling water in it. Fantastic for children with ear ache and elderly and everyone else. People use them with ice in for sports but you can use hot water for everything else. I've given them to everyone in the family and we all use them in different ways We keep them with the hot water bottles and some in the medicine cabinet

My Dr said to use a water bag after exercise for osteoarthritis and I didn't even know you could get these but I'm so glad I did. I use one after walking and my pain is very much eased. No leaking or any issues.

Melted and burnt my leg
Used hot water from the kettle , checked for leaks and no leaks . 35mins having them on my knees one of the bottles melted and burnt my leg ! . Pls be very careful I do not recommend
