Can you get replacement inserts for these wiper blades?

I don't know if inserts are available. I used to replace the inserts on previous cars but have not tried to do these. These blades were ok at first but after several rain storms they did NOT clean properly. I'm on the hunt again for a decent set of blades/inserts.
