I bought some in Tesco on a three for two and found them to be excellent. After a couple of weeks, I had noticeably more energy and just felt better in myself. They seem to be a very high quality product, with more than the recommended daily allowances of a range of vitamins and even include Co-Enzyme Q10. The tablets themselves are coated which makes them very easy to swallow and they have become a part of my routine. I would definitely recommend.
