Are these still vegan? Ingredients don’t seem to have changed despite labelling changing

Our recent delivery of these and they still appear to be a vegan recipe. Hope that helps. But there do appear to be 2 types on sale One is vegan/ vegetarian. The other does not seem to be vegan friendly.

Could someone tell me what the ingredients are please does it contain any rice flour or other type of starch
