So, I want to start by saying that this product works!! I don’t have the bloat, fatigue, foggy brain that I struggle to get through on a daily basis. I’ve noticed that my sleep patterns have become better and even brought down a lot of my anxiety that I have battled through. I’ve also noticed that my cravings have cut down a lot. Basically, no stress eating. I was not expecting this from this tablet. I wasn’t expecting this to set in so quickly. I mean, normally it takes quite a bit of time with things like this to get sorted out on your system. No jitters, side effects of any kind. This brand is truly exactly what it says. They get to the source of the problem naturally and not using weird chemicals. I’m definitely a believer in this brand and it’s a great product, but it would be great if they offered a powder brand that you could just put in your water, shake it, and go. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind wearing their branded clothing and rep for them. Don’t sleep on this brand…it delivers…and I’m a middle aged woman. This hormone support works too well, at least for me it did. I did feel a bit more energy, but the female drive went into overdrive. I tried this to help balance my hormones because I feel like my cortisol is too high and that my female hormones are just too imbalanced. I feel like that is why I have gained weight and can't seem to lose it. I didn't even notice the female drive part that's written on the bottle, I just tried it for the hormonal balance and mood support. Anyway, this just wasn't for me, my lady parts were literally almost dripping, if you know what I mean. That just made for a very uncomfortable day at work. I also didn't notice any new pimples and my skin was pretty much clear. Yes, even at 35 I get the occasional whitehead. If your female drive is suffering, go ahead and just try these. In the last few months, I've noticed that I've been exceptionally emotional, which is not normal for me. I usually never cry, and lately it's upset over tissue commercials, the sunset, places where my kids grew up, anything. In a panic, I called my mom to ask what could possibly be going on. Is it the change? Am I to that point in life already? I was also researching supplements to help when I found this. I ordered and immediately started taking daily in the morning. Flash forward to last few weeks, and I've noticed that weepy, emotional feeling has been gone. I haven't missed it at all! I'm actually feeling great. Highly recommend. I was thrown into surgical menopause at 35 and even at 44 my heat flashes are devastating. I have noticed a slight difference already in my energy and mood levels. Usually when i first wake i would run instantly for coffee but lately i haven't needed that second cup and im positive it's because this vitamin is working. I don't feel as stressed at work or easily overwhelmed. I'm sure to get the full effects of this product, like any product I'll have to use longer than two weeks. But so far I feel better. I haven't noticed any difference in my sex drive tho, but also am not using 3 at a time like suggested that seems like to much, especially when I'm still using my other products for weight loss. My only negative thought on this product would be how I felt the first week of using it I had diarrhea and nausea again I'm sure it's because I was using other products for weight loss in combination. But I can't rule out this product or the coffee these are the only two new products I've added But otherwise this product seems to be working and with continued use, I can't wait to feel the full benefits from it.

As I stated above, these supplements works alright and they aren't bad. They just aren't something that I will take on a daily basis like I have been doing when I first started taking them over a month ago. I will hold on to my remaining and most recent purchase and may take them every so often, like closer to the time of my cycles and I might see how that works for me on my end. I've found that these aren't much different than taking my other supplements that have some similar ingredients and others that don't have any ingredients in common with these supplements specifically. By all means if you are committed and devoted to taking these supplements every day, then that's great and good for you and whatever works.

Seems to work, but has gone up on price and am starting to look for another brand with same ingredients.

They are pretty large capsules but not difficult to swallow, they taste like any other supplement to me. I would say for the relief I have felt they're worth every penny. I also like that there are two options for taking these based on what you need them for. I have recommended these to a couple friends for a few other hormone related issues they have had and they also had great results.
