After taking these for over a year, I thought they weren’t doing much for me. So I quit taking them, that’s when I realized that they really were working!! My nails started getting brittle and breaking. I didn’t notice a huge change in my hair, but my hair is fine and thin anyway.

This one has no taste or odor, but make sure you get the capsules instead of tablets. Capsules do stuck to the container, but a gentle knock will loosen them. Texture is smooth and easy to swallow. I like the quality of this brand and have experienced great health results. My hair grows so fast!

These are my favorite hair, skin and nails vitamins. You do have to take 3 a day, so a bottle lasts a little over a month. I don't think they have a taste. The tablets are kinda big & not chewable. I haven't noticed any stomach upset (and I have digestive issues). I have noticed my nails are stronger and grow quickly, my skin looks great (I use Pond's Skin care products too) . I like the fact there are many different vitamins in these tablets inc. collagen and biotin! These are affordable as well.

I'm 60 and began losing my hair after the dreaded virus a few years ago. I began taking a different biotin supplement, without collagen, and it worked well for a few years but I realized a few months ago that my hair was thinning again and my nails were starting to break often. I have extremely thin nails that peel and break easily. They never grow out to a decent length. This time I tried this product with the addition of collagen and after a month I can tell my nails are getting much harder and I have a full set of nails for the first time in my life. My hair has stopped falling out but it's too soon to say if it will replenish but I'm glad it stopped falling out regardless. It takes at least 3 months of taking a supplement to see a difference so time will tell. So far I'm impressed. I haven't noticed a difference in my skin but I have pretty good skin anyway and use a full regimen of skin care products. It's a good product and you get a lot of capsules for the reasonable price. Recommend.

I was experiencing far from normal hair loss due to stress and medications. I realized maybe I could be experiencing a vitamin deficiency above and beyond the normal vitamins I take daily. Within about 2 weeks of taking these 2x daily, my hair loss is next to none! I always shed a somewhat normal amount as I have thick Asian hair but these vitamins even improved that! I don’t find hair on my bathroom floor, when vacuuming etc like I used to even before I went through some really bad issues that exacerbated hair loss. I have them on my auto delivery because they’re THAT GOOD! Hair growing faster and becoming much fuller again like when I was in my 20’s!!!

I was taking a different brand of the same thing that worked wonderfully and saved me from losing ALL my hair after I was dramatically losing hair after having Covid at the end of 2023. But they cost more than I want to include in my low monthly budget, which is disability. So I'm looking for a product with the same ingredients but a lot less expensive. That's when I seen this brand that's considerably lower in price.... Well I'm not sure they work as well as the brand I originally bought. And they have that strong vitamin smell! I mean they smell really strong of just plain vitamins. To the point of turning my stomach 😩 and my hair is still coming out some..the other expensive brand completely stopped my hair from falling out and doesn't have that awful vitamin smell or taste. In fact they come in a gummy form and tasted good and worked even greater! If I can't find a comparable brand to the brand I've mentioned that works so well and cost less I may be forced to go back to the more expensive brand again. Because I guess you get what you pay for! And I don't recommend this brand. That's why I only gave it 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
