Does the small bowl keep the food warm or just main bowl?

We have used the small bowl a few times but usually take it out and use just the main one. But I see people posting only few hours. We have had food stay warm for 10 hours. But I also put hot food in when I make his lunch. And when we use one for cold I always put it in frig before hand to be cold starting out and the food which is usually fruits is already cold before I put it in.

How many hours does this thermos keep food hot? cold?

All day long. My husband leaves at 7:30am and gets home about 6pm and if he has food left its still warm or cold. I bought 3 and use one for hot and one for cold.

Does it really keep food hot for 6 hours? Need a good lunch box for the kid school

Yes!!!! It’s awesome. Her favorite is we heat up Mac n cheese and sliced hot dogs, or chicken nuggets and it stays hot until lunch.

Can I still use microwave if I want to reheat it more?
