Would this keep a half sheet cake cold w/o damaging its shape/design? And for how long does it keep food cold?

I have been able to keep food cold for an hour or so, but the bag is sort of a nylon cloth, so you would have to be very careful with a sheet cake. I think it would keep it cold enough, but the bag is not stiff, so you'd have to be careful not to tip it.
