How is this dried natto different than the fresh?

It is more like a snack. More like eating peanuts

Greetings: I cannot definitively say that this is, or is not, a GMO product. After having spent a lot of time in Japan, I imagine that this natto, and most other natto products are free from GMO. The Japanese take natto seriously, and so my feeling is that this product contains only natural components. I am sorry I could not give you a definitive answer. I will ask some friends in Japan, and if I do get an answer, I will send this to you. D

I think there are 20. I eat them so fast I don't count.

Calories in each individual pack?

The writing was in Japanese, and I honestly don't have a clue. My best guess is the calorie count of an equal amount of soybeans.

Description
