I have been taking this for over a month, and it has definitely alleviated the pain in my joists, especially my ankles and knees when going up and down stairs. I was hoping for some pain relief as I suffer from arthritis/fibromyalgia/joint pain. This product made me sick to my stomach and has caused intense abdominal and back pain, constipation, and headaches after taking 2 pills for 3 days.
