Extremely good spice mix for marination
Superb masalas. Very tasty and quite different from standard brands available in the market. You can use the marination for fry , grill or to make curries. The 65 masala works well even with vegeterian dishes. Have not tried the broast variety as yet which i think needs to be used for deep frying.
