Is there a lot of panthenol in the shampoo? I have been advised that panthenol is not good for my fiber hair extensions but want to try this.

Panthanol is the ninth listed ingredient but the shampoo does contain a lot of chemicals including sodium lauryl sulphate. If you have fibre extensions, it may not be the most appropriate shampoo. It's also supposed to stimulate hair growth and that's definitely not going to apply to extensions......
