WH-CH720N Noise Canceling Wireless Headphones Bluetooth Over The Ear Headset with Microphone and Alexa Built-in, White New

Bought these before I realized there was a good amount of disappointed buyers, so I was ready to absolutely regret my life choices. Let me just say that so far I’m pleasantly surprised. My ears are on the small side and fit in the openings of the ear covers so the cushioning doesn’t push down like I saw many people saying happened. I will update if that turns out different over time. It charges very fast and the battery hasn’t moved despite my turning it on and off several times. My AirPod pros 2 aren’t even that good on battery life. Again I’ll update if that changes. I didn’t notice a terrible quality of sound even without the app. I did change it around in app and found everything easy- from the color being the beautiful light gray being when pictured, to the speed it connects with my phone when it turns on. It doesn’t sound tinny or overly sharp or low. I know what I want in a headphone and I’m not disappointed. There was a lot of people saying they had lag when watching YouTube- not a problem for me. The noise cancellation is on par with my AirPod pros 2. Doesn’t totally drown out every little sound but it’s enough to keep my being overwhelmed by noise when doing school work (I have adhd). All around I’m happy with the quality, color, sound, fit, just everything. And trust me when I say I’m picky af with headphones. I wish they folded and had a case but that isn’t a deal breaker for me at all. If I don’t update, I wasn’t proven wrong over time.

Light wieght massive battery volume control and NC top quality I would easily put these up against beats. So comfortable and they have a 3.5mm cable input. A design that doesnt crack with time. If youre looking for good headphones look no further. There cameras are incredible and so are their headphones

I've had these for a few months now and can confidently say they're one of the best purchases I've made. The noise cancelling is fantastic, and as an autistic person who struggles with background noise, I use them all the time in public settings. I can still hear others clearly and hold conversations with them on, which is exactly what I wanted. I also use these for gaming and music, and they sound amazing with lossless audio quality. As for gaming, I use them all the time with my PS5, and they sound awesome! I highly recommend them as lightweight everyday headphones.

First time I played music thru these headphones, I almost put it back in the box to return to Amazon. The sound was murky and muddy, not pleasant at all. I spent a lot of time tinkering with the EQ to pull out the upper frequencies and give it a better bottom, and ultimately I have achieved a pretty nice sound from the headphones. I tested the headphones with On The Run by Pink Floyd (awesome for testing headphones) and it did prett welly . . . the stereo effects were well separated. There are moments in the song that just sizzle and I didn't quite get that edginess, but overall the sound is decent, especially for inexpensive headphones. Noise canceling works very well - I'm listening to Adele now while blissfully blocking out my wife's gothic romance TV show LOL. The headphones are very comfortable - not the decadent comfort you get with Bose headphones, but prety darn nice - and much cheaper. I took the headphones to the gym and spent a half hour on the treadmill with them - very comfortable. I don't know how durable the ear pads will be long term, but for now they're great. I'm giving this 4 stars because the unequalized sound they provide is pretty awful. If you're willing to devote the effort to equalize the sound significantly, you can get really nice sound from extremely comfortable headphones that block out external noise - at a good price.

Best headphones i have ever owned, but also the most expensive. Im not saying the price isn't justified, these headphones are great, but i am saying I don't have much else in this price range to compare them too. However these headphones have great noise cancellation and very good directional audio. They fit perfectly and the buttons are very simple and easy to control. The overall audio sounds great and the color of them goes perfectly with my all white gaming setup. Also the battery life on them is fantastic, i can put in probably 15 to 20 gaming sessions before needing to charge them. Great product

Sony repeatedly seats itself at the high table of audio industry GOATs. The WH-CH720NC's are no exception. If you still haven't established yourself in the modern world with a good pair of wireless headphones, now is the time. Pros: These have a nearly perfect price to quality ratio, where SONY sets the bar higher at less cost. They have the right amount of strength to wear secure and snug for an active lifestyle, but are not too tight. The earcups feel very premium and do not look dirty, even for the white pair. The cushioned top allows you to listen for extended periods of time in comfort. The audio and USB-C charging port is conveniently located on the exterior bottom of the left earcup, which is excellent for if you get caught in a sprinkle. The adjusters for the perfect fit also click soundly into place which means these won't easily loose the size you set them to when transporting them in a bag/taking them on and off. They also come with a flexible audio cable for listening without Bluetooth. Noise cancelling: As my first pair of noise cancelling headphones, these absolutely blew my perspective of favorite songs out of the water. The NC SONY has equipped their WH-CH720NCs with is certainly equal to and above and beyond for the price. If you can wait for Black Friday, the sales make these an excellent deal and perfect for anyone looking for more from their wireless audio. App: SONY's Sound Connect allows you to enhance various levels from vocals and boost bass and even create custom sound settings. Con: The play/pause button located between the up and down audio buttons could be easier to feel.

I have been using these since August of 2025 and they are AMAZING! They have an app to customize things and change the NC, the design is sleek and minimal very stylish, there are buttons on the headphones to control the volume. It is compact and small but packs a punch with amazing Bluetooth connectivity. If you find it on sale like I did, GRAB IT because it is worth every penny!

These headphones are a DECENT alternative to the 400$ counter part , have to say i am a little disappointed on the Noise Canceling Its leaves alot to be desired i live in NYC so id expect the NC to be a little more than what it offers at the price point of 160-180$ it is a little disappointing grant it i got this at a good discount paying about 90$ after taxes iguess it isnt too bad the weight and comfortability is fairly good the sound is crisp its not deep it somewhat sounds a little light if thats your style , battery life is good have not charged it since it arrived almost been a week the NC switch is a little muted you cant really tell when it activates it has a small ding to it but its a bit difficult to differentiate when its active of course when you put it to test in real life situation you can hear how the NC activates it blocks somw sounds but its not super great, also these headphones to not fold so DO NOT try to fold them as they do not fold they only swivel to be flat **

Not too loud, not the best ANC system. Definitely the most comfortable headphones I have used. You can wear them for days without discomfort.

Wonderful headphones but they don’t have a case and you cannot use them with most cases as they are way too big.
