Great item. Shipped nicely. It was easy to put together. Very strong. I am impressed with the quality of the build. I did place it on a banana kicking bag with a towel around it like others suggested. Great item. Well worth the money.

I train in karate and this has worked well for certain kicks and not putting too much lateral pressure or torque on my knees. It gives good feedback as well. A little spendy but it has a bunch of hardware so it can be mounted. You can also opt not to use the hardware and have someone hold it while you kick or strike it.

I loved this product. I train a lot by myself and it performed great. Once you find the perfect sized tree or heavy bag it’s sturdy enough for any kick, and quick to install and remove. It definitely helped me with my distance and speed. However only after 20 training sessions (about 20 minutes each), the ratchet tie-down broke. Which is useless now since it won’t stay strapped. I tried contacting the company to see if I could buy a replacement ratchet tie-down, but there’s no info anywhere. For the price I expected better quality, such as a shame.

Its good to practice and the straps are strong to hold the pad. But the pads are too strong for even a heavy bag that is mounted on the floor. The strap squeezes the bag so much that there is a chance to tear the bag. But even if it is this tight, it can slip. You really need a static hard structure to hold this thing.
