Is this legal for delivery to California address? None of my addresses are deliverable for this product.

Yes, cimexa can be Shipped to California Address

Is it safe on plants?

yes it is safe for plants and pets but it is drying.

Will this kill yellow jackets in my eaves?

No. You want to get a product like tempo dust or delta dust for yellow jackets. Delta dust is what I would recommend because it not affected by moisture and will continue to keep yellowjackets from nesting in the area. Amazon no longer sells delta dust, but it can be purchased by 3rd party sellers on amazon.

Is this truly 100% amorphous silica or does it contain additional ingredients?
