Love Naturelo
After reading all the controversy about taking supplements because of the synthetic suff in them decided to look for something more organic and natural, really pleased I've found Naturelo as their products are all made from organic and natural ingredients. Haven’t seen any changes yet
To be honest I haven’t seen any changes yet. After taken the amount recommended which is 2and2=4 a day of the Naturelo whole food multivitamin for two weeks with a meal I started feeling dizzy and getting the urge to throw up. So I stopped for a few days and the symptoms disappeared. I started taken it again recently but only 1(one) a day and I haven’t had the symptoms back.

Every thing is good but price is very high

I'm very pleased with the vitamins. I've found that taking them daily has helped ease muscle cramping in my calves. I take two in the morning and two after dinner. The capsules are easy to swallow and have a minimal taste and smell. The only other supplement I take is a Krill oil supplement because this multivitamin is so complete. So it's good value for the money.
