This is s much a lovely massager under my feet. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis (painful sole of foot) and I had a foot roller for years, but having a bad bout of a painful foot this week I couldn't find my roller anywhere. I ordered this one yesterday and it arrived today. Thank goodness it did. I've been using this today and the difference already to my foot and although I'm still hobbling around this little roller is already having an effect on my foot. Of course, like anything new do follow the instructions and take it easy at first.

Item arrived today. I’ve used it a few times, and I can remarkably already notice a difference. I usually go for a half hour run each day, and so my feet can become sore. I went for a walk this evening, and the usual discomfort I get no longer seemed to be there. Your feet have a nice “tingling” sensation after using and feel very relaxed. Really does seem to do the job. Very happy with purchase.

I have used the foot rollers in the past and found them an inexpensive alternative to an appointment with a masseur. I recommended them for an elderly lady ((95 years old) with walking difficulties. She found them very helpful. These are the only exercise she can manage easily. At her request and recommendation, I bought the same item for a neighbouring couple (much younger!!!) who have also used them to good effect. In these circumstances, I recommend them for anyone, unless they have unusually sensitive feet and cannot bear to accept any massage pressure whatsoever.

Its great. After suffering from plantar fasciitis for the first time this was recommended to me. I walk around barefoot a lot and putting footwear on again brought on pain in my heels. Using this daily for 10-15 minutes has now eliminated any pain. . A game changer. Highly recommended.

It was quite good. Performed just as expected and sure relax the nerves and surpresses anxiety. Better than the smaller version I had before without grip. Would recommend it

This is made very sturdy and comes well packaged with lots of information however sadly mine squeaks so badly I can not use it

I have been suffering from some plantar fascitis symptoms due to some less than comfortable work boots. This little device does bring some relief and after 10mins or so it is a lovely relaxing feeling. I reviews on this previously and they were quite positive, one did mention there is a noise element to it, I have noticed an irritating squeak noise from the nobbly roller which my wife gets annoyed with, I have tried to oil it but it still squeaks so I just use it when she is out! Otherwise, it is an effective and simple to use item.

This is so comfortable to use. I bought it to take into work as I kept loosing my tennis ball under the desks. It's so good that I'm keeping it at home and have ordered a second one for the office. It works the toes, ball, outside arch and heel really well. The only downside is that it does not reach fully into the inside arch of my feet (hence the 4 stars) I still need to use a single free range roller or tennis ball to hit that specific spot.

Item came pretty quickly, packed well. It's sturdy so you can put a little more weight to feel a stronger pressure.

I received my foot massager today, I hope it will do the work for me... I thought it will come written TheraFlow at the side but nop, I feel like I'm robbed cause I choose it and left the plain ones with low prices but still.What matters now it's for it to do a job and heal my painful feet.
