This is an impressive service-oriented company that does everything within its power to ensure you are more than just satisfied with your purchase! I received one-on-one attention from Richard from the moment the item left the store and up to and beyond receipt of the furniture. We love everything about our new theater seats! The chairs are very comfortable, especially with the moving headrest. And what a solid piece of furniture weighing in at 355 lbs.? You will definitely need two strong people to move it into your home. But once we got it in, it was very easy to assemble. The three chairs have excellent storage space in the armrests. And for all the ways you can move the foot and headrest, it's quite quiet when operating. We are more than just pleased with our purchase! If I had to name one con, though, against all those pros, it would be that we didn't look at the Seatcraft site before buying. The only reason I say that is because my husband has a bad back and would have gotten the set with lumbar support. But that's our bad, not the company's. I can not recommend this company enough! The chairs are beautiful and comfortable, the customer service is outstanding, and we definitely got our money's worth on this purchase. If you're considering buying new furniture, Seatcraft is the way to go. You will not be disappointed!

This is a beautiful theater couch, seats three.it a bright red, that accents my red wall. Comes with cup holder with light and lights on bottom recliner. Also comes with additional tray that is enclosed by arm cushion that slides in a hidden hole for tray next to arm rest. The center recliner comes down allow access to 2 more beverage holder and large tray. It also has wireless charging station and USB charge plus one for phones. It has 2 overhead lights hidden in the head rest when open. Has a lumber spine support and very roomy, yet film enough. I'm short so it's a perfect fit without backing in yet plenty of leg room. The controls on side arm allows you back,forth, as well as the head movement. Has the latest technology built in with an elegant look.I needed help with the delivery and set up, that the company call me and offered a white glove delivery, for an additional $200. I spoke to a Richard, which was a pleasure to assure me all will be okay. I'm greatfull to have locate it. The price was very reasonable and also took out the extended warranty for 2 years.

There is NOTHING that I don’t like about these sofa theater seats. My husband and I bought one, three seater, and two, two seaters for a total of seven seats. I am loving these theater seats, we are in them a lot- I love the color, we bought black which fits perfectly in our loft with a 75” TV screen. I love the buttons to lay them all the way back, and the lighting underneath them, the reading lights on the center part to read or whatever you need it for, it has an iphone charger, and an outlet to plug up anything else, the cup holders and a small space to put smaller things, (all this is inside the center seat when you lower the headrest……too cool! There are also nice trays that comes with it stored in each of the hand rests- and they swivel so you can put your bowl of popcorn, plate of food, do some check balancing, etc on it. Oh, did I mention that they are very comfortable to boot and looks easy to clean if you spill something which no one has done; we plan to keep these theater seats in good condition- they deserve it for being so good looking and awesome!!

First, the bad: The installation will require multiple people unless you're very strong. The chairs are heavy, but the sturdiness feels like it will last. The motorized mechanisms have had no problem under heavy and consistent use for 6 years, though the cushions have worn a little thin. Luckily, they're accessible from underneath, so bolstering with new fill or replacement is not too difficult. The leather is a little squeaky, but a bit of baby powder makes the operation silent. The wireless charging pad is not very usable with modern phones... the cushioning prevents the larger form-factors from aligning, but there's plenty of USB ports to use for charging. The good: These seats are why my guests keep coming back to my media room. The adjustability and comfort are very good, and they're a beautiful seat. The hinge on my middle section and one of the gas-shocks for the arm lift broke within the first 6 months. I never bothered doing anything about it, but this past weekend, it really bugged me. I finally contacted customer service through Amazon. Richard got back to me promptly the next morning and asked me to call. When I called him, he knew who I was and sent me the minor repair parts at no charge... this is 7 years after purchase. I've worked in customer service for almost 30 years, and you don't get service like that just anywhere. The company stands behind their product, the service agent resolved my issue with zero hassle, and they're still my favorite seats in the house. I'd recommend buying from Seatcraft without hesitation!
