Do you live it in skin or wash it out

Hi Jino. Thank you for reaching out to Thayers regarding the Milky Hydrating Face Toner. You do not wash your face after applying the toner.

Does it wear well under make-up?

Yes, no problem. Leaves skin smooth, with no "pilling" when makeup is applied.
