Love this, it makes my face so soft.

I started really taking care of my skin about 7 years ago… at the time I was 55 and was looking to minimize the aging process as much as I could. I got addicted to hyaluronic acid serums and creams (and have since expanded in to HA cleansers as well). It has been pretty amazing as I am now closing in on 62 and am consistently being told I look like I am 20 years younger. Win!!! I wanted to try this product because it sounded a bit different than what I have been using from a cleanser standpoint. While this has HA, it also has a host of other ‘good for your skin’ ingredients as well (esp. collagen). The way I decided to use it was this: I clean my face using a generic type of facial cleanser (non-HA), and use a washcloth to help ‘scrub’ my skin a bit… then, after rinsing from that, I use this cleanser just rubbing it in and then wiping off (preferably at night, but I have also done it in the morning as well). It has a great feeling both while using it as well as how your skin feels after rinsing/wiping it off. The cleanser is somewhat thin and creamy (hence the ‘milk’ description in the ad). Thinner than I expected but not an issue. It does not foam (yeah!) either. Overall I really liked the product. My only ‘complaint’ is that the bottle was only about 2/3 full - not sure if that was a unique situation or what happened. It arrived very well sealed and shrink wrapped with absolutely no evidence of any leakage so I feel certain the quantity in the bottle is what came off the production line. Not sure why the bottle was only 2/3 full though. Likely just an odd coincidence but I felt compelled to mention it.

This facial cleanser smells horrible and burns. I don't normally have sensitive skin but this stuff is on a whole other level of terrible.

Let me just start out by saying that the scent of this cleanser is delectable! It's kind of like a cross between a citrus/tropical! Super fresh smelling and doesn't irritate like some artificial fragranced products do. As someone who is used to using straight micellar water, this was thicker than expected. It doesn't immediately absorb into a cotton round like micellar water does. This sits on the surface but just barely. When you rub it on your skin, it kind of just melts in. The directions don't state if you're supposed to rinse it off but I don't with my micellar water so I didn't with this either. It didn't feel like it was necessary either as there is nothing left behind on the skin. After use, my skin felt soft and supple…but not at all sticky or heavy. Though it's hard to judge whether the collagen serves it's purpose or not until you use this for many weeks, I'm a huge believer in collagen so I really like that it is included. Overall, really loved this! It's totally something that I would keep in my skincare routine on a daily basis!

The product was too watery I would not purchase again

I’ve been using this collagen cleanser for a few weeks now, and there are pros and cons. While it doesn’t lather up and leave my face feeling squeaky clean, my very sensitive skin is not irritated after using it and my skin feels moist. I really do like that I can just put it on my face and clean it off with a facecloth rather than rinsing with water. I find that it hydrates fairly well, but I have not seen any of the benefits to it being a collagen cleanser. The grapefruit/citrus scent is a big plus for me - I love how it smells. I’ll definitely be looking to buy this again once I finish the container.

This product is truly amazing for sensitive skin that tends to break out easily. I have extremely dry skin that is very acne prone and this product has not bothered me at all. I love this product because it is such a quick way to make sure your face is clean from make up and dirt. You can use it either by washing it off or use it as a make up remover where you don’t have to wash it off after I have tried both methods, and I actually find that I like the wipe off method over rinsing because it seems to leave my skin with a nice hydration after . This does remove my waterproof make up and works well with my salicylic acid acne products. The pump makes it so convenient and prevents you from pouring too much out because you literally only need a small amount. This does not burn my eyes either. I don’t notice much of a smell and the ingredients are great! This will now be a must for me.

I have some mixed feelings about this face wash, because the cons somewhat outweigh the pros, but I continue to use it. I put about 4 pumps into my hands to use on my face in the shower, and the results are pretty much the same each time. I'll list them here... Pros: - SMELLS AMAZING: like mango or passion fruit and is very fragrant! - Cool looking bottle that is safe to keep in the shower Cons: - Very liquidy; "milk" description is quite accurate and hard to use before it runs out of my hands on the way to my face - the "milk" seems to have pulp or something that feels similar, so it is not a smooth consistency, but it is also not an exfoliator - does NOT remove mascara - burns my eyes; now, I don't put the stuff IN my eyes, but the run-off will get near my eye lids, and it burns my eyes for a few seconds until it rinses completely away I will use the product until it is gone, but I will not order again.
