Easy to use and great taste.
These work great whenever you feel down or something coming on, mix a pack up with water and drink it down. I have use 2 and 3 packs a day when I feel a cold coming on. These are a great mix of vitamin supplements to better health.

These are good, I wasnโt sure what to expect but flavor is very tasty and doesnโt taste like any kind of medicine. I get sick a lot since I have an auto immune so I try to take one of these a day to stay healthy and get my daily vitamins in. Easy to swallow and a good amount for the money.
