This dog food is amazing. I started feeding it to my dogs as one of them had horrible skin allergies and chronic ear issues. Onece I started this it stopped and they love it. I have been using it for 6 years. No more allergy pills. I highly recommend.

Our pups have been on this for quite a few years and seem to like it. This is no longer a good value as it used to be less than $70 a bag for the 40lbs. It’s now nearly $100 every time and we’re looking for an alternative.

I've been buying Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin and Stomach Salmon for my dogs which has helped clear up their skin allergies and diarrhea, but I keep getting bags now with Indian Meal Moth webs and larvae in it. Now my dogs are vomiting and having diarrhea everywhere. This is a known issue and Purina wants to blame Amazon or other places storage facilities rather than take responsibility for it. I've bought numerous different brands of dog food from numerous places and Purina is the only brand of dog food I've ever had moth webbing and moth larvae in it. I bought Purina Moist and Meaty and had the same problem. Purina needs to do a better job at keeping the bugs out of the dog and cat food. I HATE spending nearly $100.00 a bag for it to go in the trash due to it making my dogs sick. I don't know what else to buy that they can eat. I hope Purina will do a better job and making a stronger bag or with keeping the bugs out of their manufacturing plants. The vets say Purina is a good brand, but not when it's full of moth webbing and moth larvae. My dogs were doing well on this food before I got the bags with the moth webbing and larvae. I can't afford to throw this food away, and Amazon didn't send me a replacement, so I don't know what to do for my poor dogs. Purina and Amazon need to do better for our pets.

This food is the canine equivalent of amazing Mexican takeout. Tastes great going in, but the aftermath is something you don’t forget. My senior dog absolutely loses his mind over this stuff. Especially when soaked. It softens just enough without turning into sludge, holds its shape even after an overnight soak, and on paper, it appears to check all the boxes for dogs with sensitive stomachs. But then the stomach noises start. Loud. Long. Unsettling. And the gas? Catastrophic. My air purifier flips into turbo mode like it’s trying to contain a chemical leak the UN never found in Saddam’s bunker. We’re talking DEFCON 2. To be clear, he doesn’t get diarrhea. The stool looks fine, like the cute poo emoji. But the internal war zone says otherwise. Something in this blend clearly doesn't sit right, and I’m the one left dealing with the fallout while he naps like nothing happened. My dog’s always had stomach trouble with allergies, since I switched him over to this food, his stomach’s calmed down his poop has gotten solid. His health issues have improved, so no other better dog food in my opinion, if your dog has a lot of gut issues or yeast issues. This is the best food I have found to work.

I have a pitbull and if you're familiar they have a lot of stomach and skin issues. Since I switched to this food last year his skin doesn't get pink and he's not itchy. My only complaint is the seller not being able to deliver the food on time so I end up having to buy a bag from the store.
