KitchenAid 5K5GBF Frosted Glass Bowl, 4.8 Litre (Optional Accessory for KitchenAid Stand Mixers)

I love this bowl!! I have an older style kitchen aid mixer and this bowl is perfect!! I got a steal of deal from amazon warehouse.... around £20 and the rrp is around £80The bowl is much bigger than the stainless bowl that came with my mixer but it attaches perfectly. It even came with a lid. It’s freezer and dishwasher safe too! Couldn’t recommend this bowl enough

Excellent quality. It’s very thick and thus very heavy on its own. I do find for a glass bowl it’s a little expensive, however it fits the machine great.

The only reason this hasn't got five stars is that there is a separate plastic ring which attaches to the base, to allow the metal of the mixer to not break the glass of the bowl. This makes it less easy to put together, but as both parts can go in the dishwasher, I will soldier on ;-)

I absolutely adore this bowl, so necessary as i bake a heck of allot. i actually have 3 bowls but boy do they get used! and dishwasher friendly too, lovely!woulddefinitely recommedn. people are forever comment on how nice my mixer is with this bowl on it.Lu

Lovely bowl. But it is not easy to attach it to the machine. Maybe it is me ! Love it though

Hab lange hin und her überlegt ob ich mir eine neue Schüssel kaufen sollte und wenn ja, welche? Glas oder Milchglas?Passt die auch auf meine Classic? Fragen über Fragen.. :-) Letztendlich war auch der nicht ganz so günstige Preis ausschlaggebend.Aber das warten hatte sich gelohnt..für 59 Euro musste ich einfach zuschlagen :-)))Ich entschied mich schlussendlich für die Milchglasschüssel..warum?Sie ist zwar mit ihren 4,8l ziemlich groß, passt aber perfekt in Schraubvorrichtung der Classic. Anders als in den Bewertungen die ich hier gelesen habe, konnte ich absolut kein Problem beim eindrehen der Schüssel festellen!! Auch beim entfernen der Schüssel - kein Problem..man muss Anfangs (Montage) nur den grauen Plastik -Ring richtig fest eindrehen!Durch das Milchglas lässt sich die Skala sehr gut ablesen.Denke besser als in der normalen Glasschüssel.Was ich noch ganz toll fand, dass noch ein passender Deckel (grau) mitgeliefert wurde. Ideal auch, wenn man häufig Hefeteig drinn macht oder die Schüssel einfach nur schnell in den Kühlschrank stellen möchte.Auch das Thema Staub ist von jetzt an Tabu ;-)Fazit:- Super schneller Versand- Sicher Verpackt- Milchglasschüssel wertet die Maschine um einiges auf.- Handhabung einfach- Die Schüssel ist ein richtiger Blickfang.- Rundum zufrieden.Falls die Rezension für Sie hilfreich war, würde ich mich über ein Like( Ja) freuen :-)

Hay que tener mucho cuidado con este bol, si lo metes mal en tu KA, se puede rayar sin querer y se queda tu KA feisima por que el bol es aspero por fuera. En si, muy bonito bol, pero para usarlo me gusta mas el de cristal claro
