Not a great product, not great customer service
We bought this to replace our old one of 10 years! The plastic bowl broke within a month and I have been trying to get through to customer service for 3 weeks. I feel like I’m getting the runaround. All I wanted was for them to replace the bowl but had to buy a replacement juicer instead. I will continue to try as it was not inexpensive but clearly it is kind of cheap. Not what they used to be sadly.

Little Workhorse!
Easy to use, very easy to clean, perfect size for kitchen counter or bar. The best thing is, I ran it for two hours & it didn't overheat! Perfect.

A lot of plastic
I just unpackaged it and am shocked how lightweight it is and that it appears to be all plastic. Can’t imagine how it can be classified as “commercial”. After I use it I’ll revisit my rating and review but for the cost, I’m disappointed.
