One of my favorites!

The product is great, I swear by ABE for pre-workout. If only I could write a review for Amazon based on shipping. But they wont allow that. The picture explains the issue. Packaged terribly. No protection. Nothing. No, paper wrap, no bubble wrap. Just thrown in the box. It sucks that the product review goes down simply because Amazon won't let you write a review on the experience as a whole. They make it hard to get in contact with them.

Mixes well with a refreshing taste but a little too sweet for me. Good ingredients but I would refer a caffeine free version.

.... instead of adding this to a single drink - I add it in a blender to make 2-3 smoothies. One thing to be aware of is one scoop has 4167% of your daily value of B12 (100 mcg) and if you take a multi-vitamin this can put you way over the top on this water soluble vitamin even though there seems to be no issue with taking this much Vitamin B12 because the body doesn't absorb most of it. B12 is an important vitamin because our bodies do not naturally produce it, supplements can increase bioavailability by 50%, and it is important for many enzymatic processes such as turning your food into energy. One scoop of this product has 250% of the daily Niacin value recommended for adults. Niacin helps keep your nervous system, digestive system and skin healthy and is also a water soluble vitamin and important in converting food to energy, I like that this doesn't have the extra vitamins that can become too high if you take a daily vitamin AND a workout booster (non water soluble such as A, D, E and K). This is something to check when you are ordering a workout supplement. A scoop of ABE has a bunch of other ingredients targeted at turning your food intake into energy. For example, Choline is an essential nutrient that supports your lipid (fatty acid) metabolism (and liver health). It also helps cells repair and maintain their membranes. Taurine has been called the body's unsung hero and also helps with metabolic, brain function, boosting physical performance, and more. There is more than enough Taurine in this product at 200 mg. So all in all, there is a lot to like about this. The container itself is small enough to pack in a gym bag - even though it has 30 servings - so it is potent. The container has a really nice seal - not only tamper evident but also keeps it fresh and reduces the likelihood it will open during travel. The sweetness comes from sucralose (also called Splenda) and is the very last ingredient so that means it's the smallest ingredient by weight in this product. Since I added this to my smoothie - the sweetness was not significant but I like the red hawaiian flavor - a little like koolaid. This product is Vegan, soy & dairy free and has no gluten - awesome! Even though the caffeine is a bit high for me - it has worked really well in a blender full of smoothie to add those nice metabolic and energy boosters that are not in my daily vitamin and I get about three smoothies per scoop from a blender full. The product is exactly as shown in the product listing.

This preworkout is pretty good. It is as good or better than everything you would typically find in Walmart. It only falls short to the higher end preworkout powders. The scoop is fairly large in comparison to most budget powders. That usually means that there are a good amount of ingredients to address all areas and needs during a workout. I have been using this powder for a couple of weeks, during my strength training program. So far it has worked very well. I have the energy to get through a full session and it does not take long to kick in. I usually feel it kick in within 30 minutes or less. I do not feel sluggish or drained after my workouts like some of the cheaper powders leave me. Very good powder for maximizing your workouts.

ive used several pre workouts over the years and this one goes hand in hand with one of my favorite ones. the flavor is great. and the pump and focus is even better

Product made chest get a cool sensation which was great I thought. Then next week I had a terrible cough with a little phlegm. I would not recommend it to anyone.
